Sign Up

You can sign up either online or over the phone. We will then send you a welcome pack with some more information and simple, easy-to-follow instructions on how to get started.

Initial Setup

During the initial setup process, you will be providing us with some basic information on you and your company. You will be able to tell us exactly how you operate, what type of management agreement you use, what lease you use, what vendors you use, and any other information that will help us serve you better.

Portfolio Migration

You will also be sending us important information on the properties you currently manage. We will be gathering basic property and owner information as well as collecting copies of individual leases and management agreements.

After you have sent us this information, we will compile it and add it into our system. We will then complete the setup process by working with you directly to answer any questions and fill in any gaps.

Next, we will serve official legal notice to your tenants informing them of the change in procedure regarding maintenance requests, rent collection, and the like. We will also include a welcome letter and brochure detailing our services and offering support just a phone call away.

Back Office Option

We give you the option of keeping us completely behind the scenes. If you chose, we will become a back office for your business, never to be seen by your clients. All funds, owner statements, and requests will be directed straight to you for forwarding.

Most owners, however, appreciate the fact that their managers are taking the necessary additional steps to ensure they and their tenants are getting the best service available.

If you prefer we work directly with the owner as well, we will simply send them a welcome letter, brochure explaining our company, and a legal notice informing them that they will be receiving their property income disbursements directly from us. We follow this up by a personable phone call to ensure we are all on the same page. We will also help them get set up to receive monthly owner statements via email as well as direct bank deposits.

Growing Your Business

That’s it! You can once again focus on growing your business. We will handle your properties exactly to your specifications, following every detail of both the leases and your management agreements. You will be assigned a dedicated account manager who can assist you with anything and everything you may need.
